Economic downturn paves way for digital market upturn

Delvinia InteractiveToronto – The economic downturn is forcing companies to restructure and contract, but Delvinia Interactive, a pioneer and authority on digital marketing and interactive solutions, has reaping the benefits of the digital space that is showing strong, stable growth and enormous potential. In fact, Delvinia was recently selected to re-architect the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation’s 5km Breast Cancer Run website, rebuild Aeromove’s website and formed an alliance with enterprise computing company IGLOO.

“The digital space is an area that hasn’t come to a complete standstill like other industries,” said Steve Mast, Vice President and Managing Director, Delvinia Interactive. “The state of the economy has created an opportunity for companies to re-invent the way they interact with their audience in the digital space and create an engaging and interactive experience, beyond just a company website.”

Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation’s 5K Your Way website to receive makeover

The re-design of the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation’s 5K Your Way website is being spearheaded by Delvinia to create a seamless and engaging experience for donors, participants and volunteers. The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundations annual 5K Your Way event has grown from one team in 2004 to 32 teams in 2008 and funds raised increased from $17,000 to $800,000, making it one of the fastest growing cancer research fundraising events at The Princess Margaret Foundation. Despite the unprecedented growth, the website’s make-up and interface are straight-forward, yet the abundance of information sometimes makes it challenging to find what users are looking for. The new site should be up and running by March 2009.

Aeromove moves-in with Delvinia

The Aeromove website caters to Aeroplan members looking to earn Aeroplan Miles before, during and after a real-estate transaction. Delvinia is rebuilding the site to highlight the full-service, customer oriented, incentive based approach that Aeromove offers. The website rebuild will create a digital customer experience characterized by ease of use with a look and feel that will be easy to use, yet comprehensive in its depth of information.

Delvinia strikes strategic alliance with Igloo

Delvinia has recently partnered with with Kitchener-based software company Igloo. The strength of this relationship is based upon Delvinia’s interactive strategy and design joining forces with Igloo’s social network technology for businesses. These combined technologies will assist clients with effectively capitalizing on developing effective digital experiences both inside and outside of their organizations.

Despite the economic downtown, digital campaigns remain an important medium for marketing decision makers. Delvinia Interactive’s core business of creating meaningful digital customer experiences remain as focuses for new and existing clients.
