Christmas Shaker! Marketing Your Brand in a Digital World

Today, people spend an average of six hours a day online. What does this mean for marketing? Come hear how successful online marketing now involves connecting directly with consumers and how social media is allowing consumers to participate in the brands they love. You’ll hear from companies like Suitcase Interactive, Karo Group and Critical Mass about cool projects they’ve developed, what they’ve learned works (and what doesn’t work!) and what trends they see coming next. The panelists won’t be giving pitches on how every company should be on Twitter. Instead, we’re hoping to provide some smart discussion on cool campaigns to spark your imagination and give you some ideas for your next marketing project.

Please join Digital Alberta and our event partners, the Canadian Marketing Association – Calgary Chapter, December 1 as the marketing world and the digital media worlds collide at our annual Christmas Shaker. Enjoy a panel presentation from some of Calgary’s top branding dogs while we wet out whistles with libations and tantalize our palettes with an amazing spread of Chef Rusty’s cuisine at Seven Restolounge. There will also be a Silent Auction to raise money for HYTES.
