Flowfinity allows security companies to replace paper and clipboard processes with mobile forms for instant updates from the field. Alarm reports, inspection reports, incident reports, site audits, and other forms can be configured in Flowfinity and published to users’ mobile devices, making data collection more efficient and reducing administrative overhead.
Reports are submitted in real-time, enabling effective document management, issue resolution and client reporting. Documents such as standard operating procedure manuals and bulletins can be published to field teams’ smartphones and tablets, reducing printing costs and ensuring the most up-to-date documents are available to staff.
