Vancouver BarCraft would like to invite you to its next fundraising event on June 10th. The event will feature the Anaheim MLG finals and will be supporting the Child’s Play charity organization. G Sports Bar & Grill on Granville Street and SFU Starcraft will be hosting BarCraft Vancouver from 3pm until 8pm, tickets are available online and cost $15.00.

For those unfamiliar with a BarCraft event, it is based on the popular game Starcraft 2, but a BarCraft is not actual participation in the game. Attendees instead watch the broadcast of game tournaments, and as the name might suggest, hundreds and hundreds of gamers in many locations around the world congregate in a building to consume large amounts of food and alcohol – I would hope that those who are drinking will also arrange for a safe ride home.

Please note that even if you purchase your ticket through the eventbrite page, you apparently must also register on this form or you won’t be able to get in the door.
