He will spearhead the production of both original and licensed online games in order to create growth and bolster this new market for Behaviour.

“We are extremely thrilled to have Miguël on board to help us reach a foremost position in the online space,” said Rémi Racine, Behaviour’s President and Executive Producer. “Migüel brings the best of the industry’s expertise in operating live online environments and successfully launching an impressive track record of games. In his previous role as Chief Executive Officer of Funcom Games Canada, he founded the Montreal studio and subsequently grew it to over two hundred employees in less than two years, while operating three live MMO projects, Age of Conan, Anarchy Online and Pets vs Monsters, and launching a fourth one, The Secret World. His tenure included the founding and building of a new mobile and casual division for Funcom, based in their Montreal office.

Mr. Caron has consistently driven profitable double-digit growth for companies like Lyrtech, NoWire Telecom and BCM International. He was the recipient of the prestigious “Best Young Québec Entrepreneur” award and finalist for “Tech CEO of the Year” in Quebec.

He is a graduate from the Royal Military College of Canada with a degree in Polemology with a specialization in Social Studies of War and Military Strategy.
