MediaMiser Launches New Intelligent Media Monitoring And Analysis Products

mediamiserMediaMiser has announced the release of MediaMiser SNAP and MediaMiser TEAM, a set of new intelligent media monitoring and media analysis products aimed at the small and medium enterprise (SME) market. MediaMiser’s intelligent monitoring platforms learn what is relevant to users as they easily collect, analyze and share the rising tide of data from digital news and social media sites.

MediaMiser SNAP and TEAM will help communications, public relations and marketing professionals in small or mid-sized organizations dramatically reduce the time, effort and complexity of monitoring digital news and social media sites. The products combine a simple-to-use interface with advanced linguistics and textual analysis technology which enables users to train the system to capture only relevant content. Results enter the system in real time with analysis automatically completed and visually displayed. This content can then be shared with key stakeholders in a variety of ways.

“Smaller companies, membership bodies and non-profits often have small communications departments striving to meet big expectations with inadequate tools,” said MediaMiser CEO Brett Serjeantson. “MediaMiser SNAP and TEAM have been designed with simple workflows backed by intelligent technology, making monitoring and analysis of digital news and social media as easy as possible and leaving users with more time to focus on core programs.”

MediaMiser SNAP and TEAM are intended for groups of up to three users and aggregate data from digital news sources, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and blogs. Pricing starts at $495 monthly. Full product and pricing details can be found on the MediaMiser web site.
