TVOTVO‘s Chair of the Board of Directors, Peter O’Brian is pleased to announce that Gary Comerford, Kristin Morch and Mark Wakefield have been appointed to the Board as new members. Pursuant of the Ontario Educational Communications Authority Act, the Ontario Government appointed all three board members for three-year terms that run from June 19, 2013 to June 18, 2016.

“Mr. Comerford, Ms. Morch and Mr. Wakefield each bring a wealth of experience to the Board of Directors,” said Peter O’Brian, Chair of the TVO Board of Directors. “Their insight will be of great benefit to TVO as we continue to push the boundaries of educational media and deliver on our promise to build a smarter, more aware and more informed Ontario.”

Mr. Comerford, born and raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, brings his depth of strategic marketing expertise and years of Board experience to TVO.
