Casual Connect is the premier professionals-only conference for casual game developers, publishers, distributors, and retailers. Learn all about iPhone, Social, Android, Flash, Browser MMO and Download Games. Connect with more than 3,000 professionals from over 40 countries. The conference features a cutting edge lecture series and highly popular nightly networking events. Hotel: A block of rooms have been reserved under “Consulate General of Canada – Seattle” at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. The rate of $219 + tax/night is available from July 29 through August 1 (check out August 2). Booking meetings: Book meetings [5] directly with exhibitors and premium attendees. Download [6] the most up-to-date list of companies and attendee names. Canada has 3 private, on-site meeting spaces available for you to book and use during the conference. Please book meeting space via CanadaCasualConnect-at-gmail-dot-com [8]. Canada @ Casual Connect Directory: Once again, there’ll be a profile book for Canadian companies at the event. It will be available via flash drive at the conference and also as an interactive PDF online. Canada Networking Events: The official Canada Mingle will take place on Wednesday, July 31st from 4:30 – 6:00pm in the Continental Ballroom of the Hilton. This event is being supported by the Province of BC. Please invite your contacts to attend.
A very informal “debrief” has also been arranged for the Canadian delegation on Thursday August 1st at 8:00pm at The Thirsty Bear [13]. It should be a nice way to wind down the week and connect with other Canadian companies that you may not have run into at the show.
