Gamercamp Festival Announces 2013 Official Selections
Gamercamp festival director Jaime Woo has announced the 14 titles that were chosen from submissions from across North America and Europe, spanning a diverse range of genres and formats. The selections include many Canadian premieres, helping to establish both Toronto and Gamercamp as emerging players on the exhibition circuit.
“We’re very proud to be bringing these amazing games to Toronto,” says Woo. “This city is in love with games and it’s thrilling that Gamercamp attendees are among the first to play many of the games from our official selection and meet the developers behind them.”
The games for 2013 include:
- A Fishing Game With Actual Water – Francis Sheridan Paré – Montréal
- Captain Astronaut’s Last Hurrah
- Crypt of the NecroDancer – Brace Yourself Games – Vancouver
- Huskerball – KPD Games – Toronto
