Digital Economy Congress Issues Call For Papers

mini-orbyThe Advisory Board for the 2nd Annual Digital Economy Congress is pleased to announce that the Call for Papers is now open.  Subject matter experts working with disruptive technologies that challenge the conventional ways of doing business in the digital economy are invited to submit papers on their area of expertise. CMF Funds Ten Francophone Minority Program Projects

Canada Media Fund The Canada Media Fund has announced that 10 Convergent Stream productions have been awarded $7.2M from the Francophone Minority Program, which supports productions that reflect the realities and interests of French communities outside of Quebec. Since 2010, the CMF has contributed $47.0M to 128 Francophone Minority projects. Canadian audiences will be able to enjoy productions from various parts of the country including two from BC, one from Manitoba, two from New Brunswick, and five from Ontario. Of the 10 convergent productions, each of which are created for television and have a digital media component, four are Children’s & Youth, four are Documentaries, and two are Dramas: Read the rest of this entry »

It’s A Deadly Game Launch Tonight On The Listener

The IIB team investigates the murder of Duncan Quinn (Christopher Russell), a successful video game developer and former hacker friend of Dev’s on the eve of his new game’s release. Duncan had made good in the highly competitive and profitable world of interactive games, but in building his company he also made a few enemies.
