Two Canadian short films, Hole by Martin Edralin and Sleeping Giantby Andrew Cividino, will compete in the Pardi di domani category reserved for emerging directors and film students.

Last but not least, actor and director Don McKellar (The Grand Seduction and Last Night) and critic Andréa Picard (Toronto International Film Festival) will also represent Canada as members of the jury for the Cineasti del presente and Opera Prima categories respectively.
