Bullying Awareness Week – Monday, November 17 to Sunday, November 23

Dedicated to encouraging kids to stand up to bullying, Family Channel celebrates its 12th annual Bullying Awareness Week. The week-long lineup features two extra special nights of bullying-themed programming including a Jessie marathon on Wednesday, November 19 starting at 6 p.m. and A Night To Stand UP! For on Friday, November 21 hosted by the cast of The Next Step. The evening kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a brand new Austin & Ally where Trish drops out of the school play when she is bullied for landing the lead role. Girl Meets World – “Make Your Mark” Marathon – Friday, November 7 beginning at 5:30 p.m.

It’s an evening fueled by girl power on Family Channel with a marathon from the hit series Girl Meets World. In between each episode, the network will air inspiring segments from the Emmy Award-winning interstitial series Make Your Mark. The impactful shorts showcase kids and teens whose uplifting stories encourage their peers to get inspired, to connect to the world and to communicate in positive ways.

Pants On Fire – Hosted Night Of Premieres –  Friday, November, 14 beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Disney XD stars Bradley Steven Perry (Mighty Med) and Tyrel Jackson Williams (Lab Rats) takeover Family to host a special Night of Premieres headlined by the network debut of their hilarious new movie Pants on Fire at 8 p.m. When all the lies 15-year-old Jack Parker (Perry) ever told start to come true, he enlists the help of his best friend to help him get to the bottom of the crazy situation. The exciting evening also features brand new episodes of Liv and Maddie, Girl Meets World and The Next Step.

Contest – Movie PremiereFriday, November 21 at 8 p.m.

Part of Family Channel’s 12th annual Bullying Awareness Week lineup the new movie Contest follows Tommy (Danny Flaherty, The Americans) an aspiring chef who is bullied by Matt (Kenton Duty, Shake It Up), the school jock. When the two are paired together for a TV cooking competition, Tommy becomes suspicious of Matt’s friendly nature. But despite Tommy’s hesitation, the friendship suddenly becomes real, causing complications for everyone.

Jake And The Never Land Pirates – “Battle For The Book”  – Saturday, November 1 at 6 p.m.

Beloved Disney heritage characters Wendy, John and Michael Darling make their series debut in the music-filled one-hour special Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Battle for the Book! When Captain Hook steals Wendy’s storybook from the Darling family home in London, Peter Pan enlists Jake’s help to save the day. With his trusted crew and the spirited Tinker Bell by his side, Jake meets the Darling children for the first time, and together they race to prevent Never Land’s most cherished tales from being lost forever. Teen Beach Movie’s Maia Mitchell voices the role of Wendy and performs the new original song “Once Upon A Time.”

The Jungle Book – Movie Premiere – Saturday, November 15 at 6 p.m.

Disney Junior looks for the “bare necessities” with the network premiere of The Jungle Book. A light-hearted, musical adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s classic novel, the cherished Disney film follows a young orphan boy named Mowgli who is raised by wolves in the Indian Jungle until his animal friends convince him he would be better off living amongst his own kind. Mowgli’s story continues on Saturday, November 22 at 6 p.m. in The Jungle Book 2, where, while he cherishes his new friends and little brother, he still has the jungle rhythm in his heart and he longs to return. An unexpected encounter requires the help of both his new human family and old jungle friends to save the day.

Mickey’s Birthday – Tuesday, November 18 beginning at 8:30 a.m.

It’s Mickey Mouse’s birthday and Disney Junior is celebrating with episodes of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse sprinkled throughout the day. The party begins with a brand new episode titled “Mickey’s Happy Mousekeday!” where Mickey’s pals organize three fun activities for his birthday.

Sofia The First – “The Curse Of Princess Ivy” – Saturday, November 29 at 6 p.m.

Things get a little hairy on Sofia the First when classic Disney Princess Rapunzel (voiced by Mandy Moore, Sheriff Callie’s Wild West) returns to Enchancia in the one-hour special “The Curse of Princess Ivy.” When Amber takes Sofia’s amulet, it unlocks a curse that summons the wicked Princess Ivy (voiced by Anna Camp, Pitch Perfect). Determined to turn the entire kingdom black and white Ivy traps Cedric, Sofia and Amber, and it’s up to Rapunzel to rescue them.

Grizzly Cup – Season Two Premiere – Tuesday, November 4 at 7 p.m.

Disney XD ventures into the great outdoors with the premiere of the second annual Grizzly Cup challenge. Hosted by Kelli Berglund (Lab Rats) and Bradford How, the reality competition series follows four teams of two from across Canada as they battle their way through adrenaline-charged challenges to earn ultimate bragging rights and the coveted title of Grizzly Cup Champs. The grueling competition tests contestants’ teamwork, strength, courage and survival instincts. The four-part special airs every Tuesday at 7 p.m. throughout November.

Pants On Fire – Movie Premiere – Sunday, November 9 at 7 p.m.

Bradley Steven Perry (Mighty Med) and Tyrell Jackson Williams (Lab Rats) star in the hilarious new Disney XD Original Movie Pants on Fire. Filmed in Vancouver, the comedic adventure follows 15-year-old Jack Parker (Perry) who has always skated by on his lies to help him avoid chores, homework and general mayhem. But when all the lies he’s ever told suddenly become real – including a possessive girlfriend, a roving duo of alien body-snatchers and Mikey (Williams), the made-up friend that Jack claims to tutor –it’s up to Jack and his buddy Ryan (Joshua J. Ballard, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days) to figure out who or what is behind this crazy situation.

Gaming Show (In My Parents’ Garage) – Series Premiere – Sunday, November 16 at 6 p.m.

Disney XD Canada grabs the controller for the premiere of its new original series Gaming Show (In My Parents’ Garage). The innovative news-style show takes viewers on an exciting journey into the exciting world of gaming. Jesse, along with his friends Julia and Ian, operate their own DIY web series devoted to gaming and kid culture, out of his parents’ “tricked out” garage. Part of the network’s Power Prank Up Sunday new episodes of Kickin’ It, Kirby Buckets and Star Wars Rebels will air following the series premiere. Also airing at 8:30 p.m. is the half-hour special, Becoming starring NBA baller LeBron James.

Power Prank Up Sunday – Sunday, November 23 beginning at 7 p.m.

It’s time to recharge for the week ahead with another Power Prank Up Sunday. The hoax-filled event features a brand new Mighty Med at 7:30 p.m. titled “The Claw Prank Redemption,” where Gus and Jordan execute a prank war on each other while Skylar asks Oliver to go with her to a school dance. The prank-themed evening also includes side-splitting new episodes of Gravity Falls, Star Wars Rebels and Lab Rats.
