Red Wolf Online Announces Beta Launch of MeetingMade
Toronto – Red Wolf Online proudly announces its Beta launch of MeetingMade™, a web-based calendaring tool that automates and simplifies the scheduling of meetings and events by removing the tedious ‘back & forth’ over the phone or email.
With MeetingMade, you and your meeting participants share your availability without disclosing or compromising personal schedules in an easy-to-use interface. MeetingMade then calculates the best meeting time for everyone.
“I was inspired to create MeetingMade shortly after I moved to Toronto from Vancouver about 12 years ago, “ said David Tessler, President of Red Wolf Online. “Most of my childhood friends are busy professionals who now live here and we found it really difficult to get together. Our joke was that the amount of time it took to schedule a ‘get-together’ was more than the time we spent together.”
MeetingMade™ is a pure web-application that does not require any downloading of software. MeetingMade works seamlessly with most known browsers and utilizes established calendaring mechanisms present in all of today’s email programs, online services, and smart mobile devices.

Calendaring programs that offer shared calendars such as Exchange, Lotus Notes, and Google, require all of their participants to be part of the same group and each participant is required to manage and maintain their schedules. Many Enterprise environments are successful in creating internal meetings, but share the same challenge as everyone else in the market the moment they try to schedule a meeting externally.
Only the person originating the meeting needs to be a subscriber – the participants can use it for free. “We see this tool catching on in the business world first and then ‘trickling down’ into the consumer marketplace,” added Goldenberg.“With MeetingMade™, anyone can use it and everyone can participate.”
