Thomas Martin Joins FuseTalk In Dual Role Of CFO And COO

fusetalkAs CFO and COO of FuseTalk, Tom is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial, operating and administrative activities including M&A, financing, performance measurement, financial and board reporting, human resources, the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. Tom’s experience includes strategic financial facilitation, M&A, financial and business planning, systems development and implementation, process engineering, and financial management.

Prior to FuseTalk, Tom was CFO of Protus IP Solutions and was instrumental in leading one of the largest Canadian venture capital backed exits in 2010. Tom’s other experience includes Director of Financial Planning and Systems at Export Development Canada, and a diverse background with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tom also worked abroad in Dublin, Ireland providing audit services to multi-national companies. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990.
