Millions of Canadians will click on Cyber Boxing Day on December 26 with close to half of online Canadians planning to shop online for Boxing Day sales according to a new survey performed for eCoupons.ca. Interest in online Boxing Day sales grew steadily from December 4 to Christmas Day and peaked between December 26 to December 31.  Eight percent planned to wait until January 2012. Twilio, a San Francisco-based cloud communications company, announced today the ability of Canadian phone numbers to be used with its SMS API, enabling software developers to build applications that send and receive text messages with Canadian phone numbers. SMS is now turned on for existing Canadian Twilio numbers effectively immediately, and this is built into all new numbers purchased through the web-interface or REST API. (NR) to provide a communications network for the implementation of the 200MW Golmud Photovoltaic Plant, which is the largest photovoltaic plant in China and one of the largest photovoltaic plants in the world.
