Android All-Stars Prepaid Cards Coming To Canada

android dudeAmerican corporation Zoo Entertainment, Inc. has announced that its subsidiary indiePub has formed a partnership with Connecticut-based 5381 Partners to support the release of its Android All-Stars prepaid retail card program, which will be distributed this holiday season to thousands of retail locations in United States and Canada, including Target, Toys R’ Us, Sam’s Club, Rogers Mobile and numerous others. Android All-Stars is being powered by indiePub’s proprietary digital delivery system which includes an Android client that also offers access to other All-Stars Android games.

Android All-Stars cards will retail for $10 and include a unique code that will instantly activate Android games for download on compatible devices. Incomm will distribute and provide card activation functionality. Each card will include at least ten games from major Android game publishers. The Android All-Stars: Volume 1 card will include Android favorites Fruit Ninja, Doodle Jump and Sally’s Spa and Android All-Stars: Volume 2 will feature indiePub’s own Kona’s Crate along with Guerilla Bob, Free Kicks Soccer and Backbreaker Football. The third is a featured “Atari” card that will include over 100 classic Atari games.

“The Android All-Stars program has significant benefits for the traditional brick-and-mortar retail business by providing a channel into the rapidly expanding digital application delivery market,” said indiePub CEO Mark Seremet. “The Android All-Stars cards also tap into a small fraction of the new indiePub technology that will soon be unveiled with the launch of the new indiePub site. Android publishing partners benefit by having their great games pulled from the clutter of the hundreds of thousands of apps in the Android Marketplace to then be placed in front of significant consumer retail traffic.”
