James Interviews Alex Burrows And Challenges Him To Some NHL SlapShot for the Wii
Yesterday cameraman Chuck Beaman and I headed over to the EA Sports campus after Village Gamer received an invite from EA Canada for a very special event. When we got to the Burnaby campus, we found out that Vancouver Canuck Alex Burrows was there playing EA Sports’ NHL Slapshot for the Wii, and he was taking on challengers. Never having been someone to back down from a virtual hockey match, I accepted his challenge and we played Peewee in NHL Slapshot.

We chatted about Alex’s favourite hockey games, his journey to the NHL and the teams he likes/doesn’t like to 
play against. Our match ended up being a draw but it was fun just to play.
