[1]Calgary company Ivrnet Inc. [2] is pleased to announce that the acquisition of NeatWorx Web Solutions Inc. [3], a privately held company whose proprietary software delivers web-based content management, registration, administration and payment solutions to sports clubs and associations throughout North America is now complete.
Ivrnet’s Larry Jacques, Director of Sales explains what the NeatWorx acquisition means to Ivrnet’s sports administration clients, “Over the past several months we have worked collaboratively to integrate the two technologies. At the end of the day our suite of products will be more robust, providing our clients with an unprecedented level of options and controls.”
“Most notably, those gymnastics clubs wanting to continue using the existing NeatWorx platform – will be able to do so until approximately August 2013. As well, we will be moving forward with the integration of certain NeatWorx program features into the Ivrnet V2.1 platform. Specific timelines and details have yet to be finalized.”
As previously noted Ivrnet believes the integration of specific NeatWorx’s online features such as camp registrations, birthday bookings and recreational class registrations will appeal to a broader customer base as will NeatWorx’s market presence in the United States.
