Canon Canada congratulated Toronto teens Mathew Ho and Asad Muhammad by presenting them with new cameras over the weekend. The teens’ remarkable feat saw a Lego passenger carried 80,000 feet above the Earth via a weather balloon. Along with updates to its web site, Maide, Inc. has extended the functionality of its CadControl iPad app to the iPhone, and released a brand new app called CadRemote that will simplify presentations and collaborative reviews. It lets you use your phone to navigate a 3D model, and sketch over the screen in Solidworks, Maya, 3DS Max, Sketchup and Rhino.
