Oasis Animation is proud to announce that it has concluded a deal with PBS station WGBH for the production of 16 new episodes of Martha Speaks, an animated PBS KIDS television series for kids ages 4-7. Oasis will provide the preproduction, digital animation and postproduction services on the series, from its Montreal studios. This production will create 70 new jobs in Quebec. Sandvine, a Waterloo-based provider of intelligent broadband network solutions for fixed and mobile operators, today announced that it has received Network Policy Control orders from two Western European mobile operators, totaling over $4.5 million. The orders expand existing Sandvine deployments that enable “bill shock” notification and differentiated subscriber services. The customers are part of a multinational operator group with properties in Europe and Latin America. Sandvine expects to recognize the majority of related revenues in the first half of 2013.
