With a successful Steam launch last week, Montreal publisher Meridian4 and developer Full Control have released Frontline Tactics on iOS devices.  Although the game touts a strong single-player option, what really distinguishes Frontline Tactics from the rest is its ability to let gamers play against each other in two different multiplayer modes, regardless of which version they are playing.  So, players can be playing on their iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch against others who may be playing on their Windows laptop or Mac. Red Barrels, the independent developers of survival-horror PC title Outlast, today revealed shocking direct footage of the happenings within Mount Massive Asylum, a facility owned by the Murkof Corporation. The Canadian Digital Media Network (CDMN) announced today that two more digital media innovation centres have joined the CDMN’s cross-Canada network to enable collaboration and advance digital innovation nationally. The Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre in northern Ontario, and Tech SouthEast in Moncton, New Brunswick become the newest nodes on the CDMN network, bringing the total number across Canada to 12 nodes with 20 locations. The CDMN has ambitious expansion plans for the network, and intends to sign additional nodes west of Ontario before the end of the year.
