Go!Speed!Go! is the latest all-ages arcade racing game from independent developer JPK Games. Coming to an iPhone and iPod Touch near you, Go!Speed!Go! will be available for $0.99 on September 28th. Players will be challenged to race their car along the track to get the highest score. Pay attention to the lines – green will gain you fame, glory and points, while red will literally fire you up – into a fiery explosion.

UK-based Feral Interactive has announced that it will be bringing the Action-RPG game Deus Ex: Human Revolution™ to the Mac platform in winter 2011/12. Developed by Eidos-Montreal and published by Square Enix™ for game consoles and PC, Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a prequel to the legendary Deus Ex™. Pricing, system requirements and a more precise release date will be announced later this year.

First there were radio stars, then TV stars, now…. there are app stars! Australia’s Treasure Bound Books, creator of the interactive book app, “Treasure Kai and the Lost Gold of Shark Island,” is launching a treasure hunt of its own for three
children aged 4-12 to feature as cartoons in the Treasure Kai app. The “Treasure Kai” book app was recently named a “Best of the Best, Top 25 Essential Children’s Book App” by Digital Storytime.
As part of the “Be an App Star” contest, award-winning illustrator of Treasure Kai, Vic Guiza, will draw the winners onto Main Street next to Kai’s treasure shop. To “audition” for the cameo roles, children from around the world are encouraged to illustrate their most creative treasure maps and place Kai somewhere on the map. JPK Games has released it latest title to the iTunes App Store. Available as a free downloand, Starcatcher is a universal arcade game for iOS devices. A very simple game to learn, players can touch anywhere on the screen and make the ship move using finger motions. The ship will move the same distance as indicated by finger touch, so to take advantage of a full range of motion without lifting your finger, touch on or just under the ship, but isn’t necessary.
Starcatcher, like JPK Games’ previous title Flew The Coop, is a high score based game played on a single level. The level gets progressively harder the farther your ship travels. Starcatcher is Game Centre compatible, posting high scores and maintaining a leaderboard. Players can also post their progress to Twitter provided they have the Twitter API installed on their devices.
