Web Sim Sports Inc., a studio specializing in online sports gaming, launched a unique hockey simulator in July 2009, Web Sim Hockey, which is a multiplayer strategy game played entirely on the Web. As part of the Sports Administration program offered by Laurentian University, Web Sim Hockey is being used for educational purposes to provide a realistic management experience for the students. Although not many details have been released as of yet, Klei Entertainment has confirmed that a comic book is currently in production to further expand the Shank universe. The announcement, which was made late yesterday afternoon, stated that the comic’s storyline would bridge the arc between the two game titles.
