Montreal software publisher Strategy First Inc. has announced that the 3rd person arcade shooter Deep Black: Reloaded is now available on Steam for $29.99, and comes with a one week discount of 20%.  Deep Black Reloaded is a 3rd person arcade video game that is fully integrated with Steam Works.
